职责描述：
1.帮助识别系统错误和程序错误，并提供相应的解决方案。
2.与HD1和业务流程所有者合作，编写新的更改请求的功能说明。
3.与功能顾问和意大利AM团队协调，完成新的更改请求。
4.规划实现完全测试解决方案交付所需的详细任务。
5.不断识别和改进系统，以满足业务不断增长的需求。
6.与全球和本地的其他团队合作，确保提供全球覆盖，共享卓越。
1. help to find system issue or program issue and provide good solution
2. cooprate with businuess user to analyze requirement and write the techinical document
3. work with local demand team or Italy AM team to realize the request
4. perform unit or integration test to deliver high quanlity source code
5. continuously to improve current solution
6. Involve local or global project
任职要求：
1. Computer or Software related major
2. CET4 at least
3. Programming ability is obligatory;
4. at least knows one or two of these computer languages, such as Java, C#, JS, Python, VBA, .Net;
5. Know one of following database, SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL
